NATIONAL GIRL SCOUT COOKIE WEEKEND STARTING FEBRUARY 16
Consumers across Northern California can support their favorite Girl Scout entrepreneurs in person at cookie booths or by ordering online for shipping directly to their front door.
Alameda, CA (February 16, 2024) – Girl Scouts of Northern California celebrates National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend, happening February 16–18. National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend marks a time when America's favorite cookies are widely available across the United States with each purchase supporting local Girl Scouts.
Starting February 16, consumers nationwide can purchase cookies in person from Girl Scouts at any local booth as well as order cookies for direct shipment to their front door. As always, all Girl Scout Cookie® proceeds stay local with councils and troops to power life-changing experiences year-round for Girl Scouts. Visit ilovecookies.org to find an in-person cookie booth near you or to order online for shipping directly to your front door.
The Girl Scout Cookie Program® is the world’s largest entrepreneurial program for girls and builds courage, confidence and character through girl-led experiences. As a result, girls kickstart their limitless, barrier-breaking futures by learning transferable life skills including goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics. Proceeds from the Cookie Program help Scouts fund invaluable experiences like attending Girl Scout summer camp, going on fun field trips and spearheading meaningful community service projects.
“We celebrate all the Girl Scouts in the nation who are making a difference in their communities,” said Bri Seoane, CEO of Girl Scouts of Northern California. “We also want to thank the customers who support the cookie program. When customers buy a package of Girl Scout cookies, they are making a real difference to support girls in their very own community to build real-life skills and self-confidence.”
How to Purchase Girl Scout Cookies This Year
Consumers can source Girl Scout online via digital cookie stores at ilovecookies.org and have their favorite cookies delivered straight to their home or anywhere in the country, or find the closest Girl Scout booth for in-person cookie sales at select businesses and neighborhoods in Northern California communities until March 17.
