We're here to help them shine.
Behind every Girl Scout and volunteer is a team of local staff ready to help them earn that next badge, embark on a camping adventure, or organize an impactful service project. That’s what a Girl Scout council is. Together, our council spans through out 19 counties in Northern California. We are here to maintain camp properties, provide local Girl Scouts skill-building workshops and resources to achieve whatever they can dream up.

At Girl Scouts of Northern California, we are proud of the awards and accreditations we have earned. Here are two we'd like to highlight:
All of our council-run camps are accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA) indicating safe, high-quality programs that meet industry and government standards.
We also earned the Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency on GuideStar !
