2022 was a year of community, transition, and transformation. Thanks to our dedicated volunteers, Girl Scouts and members, we are emerging with confidence and determination.
In this year’s Impact Report, we highlight stories important to girls—standing in solidarity for racial justice, intersectional feminism, diversity, equality, inclusion, and belonging, as well as support for the LGBTQIA+ community—making it clear: Girl Scouts of Northern California is a place where everyone belongs.
It is so inspiring to see how much Girl Scouts learn and the confidence they gain, while also being there for each other.
We are proud of the work we did in 2022 to bring the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to over 25,000 Girl Scouts in Northern California. Thank you to all of our caregivers, volunteers, staff, and our incredible donors for continuing to pour your support into the Girl Scout community.
