The 2021 Fall Take Action Program Launches October 2!

Get your girls prepped to hone their entrepreneurial skills at the virtual Troop Volunteer Kickoff on September 11 at 10:00 AM! We are so excited to share the theme, products, and service opportunities of the 2021 Fall Take Action Program. This year’s Fall Take Action Program benefits the emperor penguin!

Pro-Tip-On October 2, girls and families can join us for EntreprenHERs in Action Day! Formerly known as Digital Day, this free virtual event will show girls how they can support the conservation of the emperor penguin, explore ways to grow their nut and candy businesses, and HAVE FUN!

Plus, we are offering another exclusive pre-order tee for girls and volunteers to purchase: Girl Scouts Love Penguins! Tees are available for pre-order through September 6, 2021 and will ship in late September.

Register for Honoring Girl Scout Heroes

Join us for Honoring Girl Scout Heroes, a Celebration of Courageous Leadership, our FREE virtual fundraiser on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 4:30 PM! This inspiring event will honor Northern California Girl Scout alums who made a difference during the challenges of 2020–2021, including in racial justice, health, fighting fires, and technology innovations. Featuring: girl stories, special tributes, and a chance for you to become a hero for Girl Scouts in your community.

Volunteer Training Opportunities

Fall Fair 2021

Sacred Heart School, Red Bluff CA

Join us for a day packed with fun and learning! Fall Fair is an all-day learning event where volunteers and other adults can come to network and socialize with other adult Girl Scouts. This event is important to offer a space for volunteers to have fun and learn about all things Girl Scouting. We will explore many different opportunities in Girl Scouting like WAGGGS, travel, and special ceremonies PLUS we learn an assortment of fun activities to teach your Girl Scouts including painted rocks, outdoor skills and cooking, resin art, and more! This event is an excellent way to expand your tool-kit of all things Girl Scouting and to meet people that you can share ideas with and make friends that will last a lifetime.

Discoveree 2022

Discoveree is a one-day learning event for Girl Scout volunteers and leaders that provides a mixture of training, skills, and crafts that will enrich your troop's Girl Scout experience and is put on by volunteers. This year we are back to hosting the event in person, and can’t wait to connect with all our volunteers for a day of learning, connecting, and fun. We are currently seeking workshop leaders
