A fun learning retreat for adult volunteers.
What better way to learn than with other dedicated volunteers? We want you to get the training you need and the fun you deserve. At our adult learning events, you’ll learn new ideas that will enrich your troop’s Girl Scout Experience.
Date: October 18–20, 2019
Location: Mountain Meadows Camp in Shingletown, located about 40 miles east of Redding off Highway 44.
Get outdoors and be a girl again at this adults only volunteer
training retreat! Experience crafts, games, songs and new skills that
will wow you and your girls when you get back home. Certification in
council training of Extended Troop Travel is being offered. Come for
the day and experience the workshops or spend the night and get so
much more as you join your circle of friends around the campfire.

Discoveree provides knowledge, support, a forum to foster friendships, and networking opportunities to help you gain skills to further enrich the lives of Girl Scouts. Choose from a variety of workshops, such as outdoor skills, songs, games, crafts, and cutting-edge topics about girl development, tailored to your specific Girl Scout needs and goals.
